beautiful design spacious suite friendly staff ideal location

the hotel boasts a beautiful overall design. the junior suite was quite spacious and everything was super clean. i found the staff friendly and always ready to assist. the location proved ideal with easy access to nearby points of interest.

the room could have used some extra lighting as it felt a bit dim at times making it slightly difficult to get ready.

i found the hotel very accommodating. The staff helped me check in early after my long flight. Irani assisted with printing crucial documents. staff provided solutions when my original car rental plans changed COMPLETELY.

i noticed only shampoo was available. THERE was no conditioner. this oversight made hair care difficult

The room was VERY clean. I appreciated the complimentary dessert plate that arrived for my husband's birthday. The location provided easy access to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had tasty continental options and hot food choices.

superficial cleaning off-site gym

i found the room cleaning quite superficial. staff did not pay much attention to detail. even after i asked the reception for a more thorough cleaning, the floor remained unclean. i also noted the absence of an on-site gym.

spacious bathroom great location unhelpful staff stuck plug

i found the bathroom quite spacious. it was clean and well designed. the hotel location is quite good, it is within walking distance to many places.

The staff was unhelpful when i needed them. they seemed rude at times. the sink plug was stuck, so i couldn't empty the sink. I reported this, but it was never fixed.
